Waco Dyno Day

Dyno Day is all set up here in Waco. They have a Dyno Jet dyno and will give horsepower and torque readings and a printout of your runs. The pricing is 3 pulls for $50.00 if we can bring at least 15 trucks. If we can get quite a few more we may be able to get a better price. All are welcome to join us so bring them Chevys and Fords along. This should take place the first or second weekend in August.

Who is coming?

They said their dyno wont have any problems with our Diesels as it will do 1200hp ok.

The Dyno Day will be at DC Motorsports at 3000 Franklin Ave in Waco. It will be on Saturday August 14 time to be announced but prolly it will start at 8am, more on that later after I confirm with the shop. I will post directions later also once I figure it out. I can get there but dont know all the street names.

Duallies shouldnt have to remove the training wheels.

Dyno Day will start at 9am sat the 14 Aug

From I-35, going North OR South...the best way is to exit the 17th-18th St Exit, and take 18th street North until you hit Franklin Ave. Then go left on Franklin til you come to 30th Street & Franklin. They are on the left side of the road, plenty of parking and access to dyno around the back of the building.

DC Motorsports is next door to Nitro Dave's Performance (used to be all the same shop, but Nitro Dave just wants to deal with nitrous not other performance stuff, so the shop section was sold to David Clark of DC Motorsports)

Here's another pic to give you outta-towners a better idea. It's really easy to get to, and I think the directions above are pretty straight forward and its the simplest way to get there from I-35.

Keep in mind that alot of the numbered streets are 1-way streets. 18th only runs North, 17th runs south, etc. As well as Franklin Ave, which is 1-way from University Parks until 18th street. But after 18th it's 2-way again.

I hope it's not confusing, just trying to help.

Hey Jeremy,
Why dont you post driving directions to your house so somebody can drag you out of bed! We dont want you showing up to the dyno day 4 hours late. Just thought i'd give you a hard time this morning...

Just in case I dont make it out of bed, I live on Robinson Drive next to the funeral home, just pull up and give a few revs...I'll fluff my pillow and turn over HAHA.

JK, I'll be there, as long as Cody gives me a wake up call.

No wake up call...I'll just pull up and you driveway and turn on the air horns. I think that everyone should start saving their pennies and we all eat at the elite grill. The waitresses are worth the price .

I'm in. Hopefully I'll convince one of my Duramax buddies from Waco to come out, and might bring another Dodge with me to get some first-time numbers for him.
