I have a place that would like to host a dyno day in Va Beach. I would like to see how much interest there would be if I set it up. Sundays are better but we could do it in the afternoon on Sat. It is a Dynojet 248c with the crank p/u. I will be dynoing this week to test and see about a ventilation system. Let me know. Tim

Don't know if I would spin the rollers or not but I would definately show up and I know Boatnik wants to dyno his (my old 92). I will be back in town on the 22'nd of this month.

I'd show up for that. Does the "Crank pick-up" mean that you will get a HP and TQ reading?

 

This is what comes to mind when you mention Crank Pick-Up.

 

Yes we will have Tq and hp readouts. I will be running the dyno and we can rent it either hourly or by the truck. Dont have exact rates yet but it will be competitive with other dynos. Looking at Nov 5th or 6th or weekend after that right now. Let me know good dates. Local guys we will have access to this dyno to do before and after dynos as well events if you want to see if mods do as advertised. Tim

I'd say please do show up. we don't want them thinking we aren't worth the trouble.

Besides, I got to figure out where all the folks are and what they drive...so when i ned help...........

It will be well worth the drive from Fredricksburg to have a look-see at some of these trucks. You will be amazed at some of them! Tim, Jess and some of the others are real HORSEPOWER pushers,,,,,,,, (and I mean that literally,,,, like as in "Drug-pushers") I resisted a lot longer than some, before I fell prey to the old "Well here,,,,,, I'll let you try this on your truck so you can see what you think" and "It just adds a little more UMPH when you want it" or "Come on and take a ride with me in my truck"
Just remember these words,,,,, "Naw,,, I'm really satisfied with the power I have now" ,,,,,,,,,, It worked for me for a little while
