Va Dtr Dyno Day
Well I went and dynoed my truck tonight and it is a nice dyno set up. The exhaust worked great and the walls stayed clean. Dont know how to handle the the trucks with stacks yet, Also Training wheel trucks will have to pull the outer sets but I will have tools available. This was the first time I ran a dyno myself but got the hang of it pretty quick. All my runs backed up within 10 hp of each other so I think it will do great. You should hear my b2 at full song in that little room. I will set it up for the second Sunday in Nov if that is good and rent it for half a day or so depending on how many people want to come. I also dont want to interfere with the NC dyno and drags that usually happen in Dec. Post here or pm me who is coming and who wants to dyno. Tim

Yes,,, the sun is still out,,,
and the bay doors behind the truck are still open with all the fans going.
It's a wonder someone didn't call the Fire Dept.

I just found out that there will be Diesel Drags at Virginia Motorsports Park this weekend!

Click on picture for more info.
I can't believe I didn't see this sooner. I think Jeff Garmon and the guys from down there are coming up.
Anyone else interested in going? I will definitely be there!

What did she turn?
P.S. The dyno at Rockingham was a Mustang, but it would appear I picked up a solid 20hp just from the timing change.. I'll know for sure in Dec at Wayne's.. and I WILL have a mystery switch so I can get full boost before 1900rpm!!! (I was already on the backside of the torque curve by then)
As much as I'd like to drive down for the Diesel Drags,
It's getting a little too close to the wedding and wifey is sharpening up her pencil to start adding to the Honey-Do List.

HEy Shovelhead. I feel your pain, I still haven't got over my son's wedding yet and that was April.

T'is unfortunit but I have a previous engagement that my wife won't let me out of without a serious penalty. On the second Sunday of Nov. we have guests coming in from the big MO. It would be rather rude of me to not be there.
You know dinner, drinks conversation.
(expensively bad food, a good drunk, lots of lies) Maybe next time.I have been negotiating. It looks like I can make it for a little while. Say til 2 or so. Still gotta entertain.
