Thanks to all for all the kindness. This is nothing new to Leigh Ann or I we have been coming and going for over 20 years now. I have already talked to the folks where we bought her truck to take good care of her truck while I am gone. Thanks for the offers to take care of it.
I asked her to drive my truck once or twice a week. So thanks again.
I truly do appreciate the offers to give us a hand if we need it.

I am somewhat hurt that "NO ONE" wants to take care of the Ford Ranger with that high powered 4 cylinder engine. Or my 87 S10 that has a tranmission that don't what to play anymore .

We are looking forward to seeing everyone this weekend.
See Ya
Chris

UPDATE MESSAGE FOR THE 14'th:

Check your mileage before you leave the house. I am going to have a certificate for the least and most travelled mileage and maybe a few others if I can get butchera to help out producing them.
Weather is supposed to be decent for this weekend. Looking forward to the meet.

Joel

Chris, I didnt think you had any female friends?
I make a conscious effort to keep them to a minimum, as they might try to drive a wedge between me and my truck.
I hear they can have a real detrimental affect on bombing funds.

Bob, I can't make it, so you get there anyway you can, and tell them you are covering for me

We don't care if you show up on roller skates, everybody is always welcome at a DTR chapter function.

Ok guys, Bob is large and in charge!!!!

There will be other meetings, I hardly expect everyone to make every meeting. No problem.

Bob, I have another prospective member that may show up riding spark plugs too so come on down. I was just past Spout Spring Sunday, my son got married out in Bedford.

Come on down.

Man! I guess I should join a chapter so I would be better informed about these get-togethers. I just don't check this section very much. I have to work till noon in Alexandria or I'd be there. My sister lives right behind the Virginia Diner back in the woods....

Hey Joel,
I'll be bringing another filled out app with me to give to ya today. I'm going to leave work early today so I can make it down to meet with Ya'll. I figure I deserve to get outta here early and a 76 hour work-week has been plenty enough already!
Note: If I start to stare off into space and don't say nothing,,,,,,,,,, just shake me awake as I have become very good at sleeping with my eyes open lately.
