Cool let me know... You about need water to come on at startup to cool that beast!!

Just fill the bed with water and inject from there!

I need to inject liquid nitrogen to help cool this beast. Even with the TST turned off, smarty on 3, I can still hit 1400-1450*. Yeah, they are big, nasty, and very strong.

I make my own solar eclipse. Actually they aren't that bad. They do haze at idle and they do haze going down the road but with twins you could easily daily drive them.

Brian, mileage isn't THAT bad. It's definately gone down but not to much. I'll find out this weekend when I head up there how much. You might actually be able to tow with them since you've got twins and water/meth.

Got the water/meth fixed and with it on and the TST off I can't hit 1300*. EGT's go up noticeably slower but still go up. I haven't tried it with the TST on but all it's gonna do is slow the rise.

Mike, how's your beast coming along? Did you ever get your new wheels put on?
That's great, Tyler!
More manpower is always a good thing... especially the cheap kind
Here's yer sign: "Will work for beer"

I decided to keep the same wheels for a while, since they are made by the same manufacturer that the new 19.5" alloys will be from (and they replace cracked ones for free! )

My wiring is complete - I've added over 50 circuits to the truck, so I figured it was time to stop (copper weighs a LOT)

I've been getting a big thrill from my Quad Race on PL1, so this week I'll probably get brave enough to fill up the 10 gallon H2O/CH3OH tank... don't know when I'll get the stones to flip the switch though!

I think I'll have to drink a lot of courage to load the Smarty or hit the nitrous...

Speaking of Beer!!! Mike, you and BrIan are covered for sure. Justin too, if he is coming. I just gotta put it on ice for ya!

Thanks so much for all of your collective assistance on my GDP pump install, 2 micron kit, and fuel tank mods. I am loving them. I drove 509 miles this past week and still had a quarter of a tank of fuel. Got a solid 16mpg in stop and go traffic, some playing, lots of idling etc, but with the added fuel capacity it really extends the fill ups.

Your liquid refreshments are on me, or at least after I get there....they are. Im prob not gonna make until after the dyno event though. I have to work Friday evening.

Funny you mention the "will work for beer" stuff. I actually have a t-shirt that says that on it. And stop being a pansy and turn that quad box up to 3 and throw the smarty on there. All your gonna do is hurt the clutch. I hear ya on having the stones with the water/meth. After seeing what brian and my buddy down here have gone through with that stuff I'm scared to run it.

Our Tax Dollars at Work! Too busy to check in occasionally?
You can't go away for weeks at a time and just pop in expecting to know "Waz-up"!! This outfit is like a soap opera... if you don't tune in every day, your lost.

Mike- 1-2 pm sounds about right. If we got there before Charlie, Woody wouldn't lets us hit the ground anyway!
Need my Floor Jack & Stands?

I should be there, but if I'm not, I'll leave your picture with Woody and instructions to let you get out of your truck.

I have stands, but the jack would be nice. I think I might rotate my tires.
