Charlie-Is your floor jack at the ranch or should I bring mine. Need one for tire changing and they make traction bar installing much easier. I'll bring cardboard for gravel lying and as a chigger barrier.

UM....Rowland....could I talk you into storing a couple pieces of pipe for me until i can get down there later this year??? I’m sure Tyler brought it up to you....

OK, for you NV5600 guys, what's the preferred oil right now? I've run the Syncromesh and I've used the Redline MTL before. The first time I went with the Redline (first change from stock) I couldn't tell much difference in shifting. Looking for something to keep up reliability when towing heavy on occasion, but usually running the highway. RowJ, any input on this one?

And how long do the races usually go? Trying to plan my Friday schedule, not sure if I'll make Ardmore for dinner, but want to make sure I don't get there in time to join a convoy home.

Real pleased with the Amsoil MTF. Much better than the Pennzoil Synchromesh.

Syncromesh is a unique product. We make nothing similar. The GM Syncromesh (they developed it)is like 50% kerosene, mixed with an unknown long chain carbon molecule??
Have heard good things about Amsoils version that Mikey suggests.

Races run from 7-11 pm. Most times the action is very slow after 10 PM +/-. They have a food shack at the track if you can't make IHOP by 6:00?

I've tried it...but everytime I was towing and it heated up, I had to pull over and get something to eat because I was hungry for fried food. I just couldn't get anything done that way.

All I can say so far about the AMSOIL is get an extra quart, there is a little bit of pumping loss putting it in. (Pump not catching all of it, not pumping all of it out of the tube, the tube not being all the way in the hole, etc.) I'm kinda wondering if I'm about a pint low on it, or draining it out just totally finished off a few of my syncros that were already going.
