I went down that road once...

Substituted petroleum jelly for axle grease in the muffler bearing; got overheated coming back from dinner and ended up with Evan.

OK, so I've read some posts on the Amsoil MTF. I've seen some reports about it being used up (back to hard shifting) after ~20K. What kind of change interval are you using MikeyB?

While I'm thinking about it.....if you're going to do any fluid changes, be sure to bring empties to haul off the old stuff.

WE DO NOT BURN FLUIDS IN THE FIRE!

I have almost 20k on the MTF, shifting is still fine. Planning on changing every 30k miles.

That's right - WE DON'T...

however, BrIan has been known to do so if he surpasses his 2 Dos Equis limit...
(Did someone remember to tell Amy about that?)

I believe it was evan that got in trouble not BrIan... I've surpassed my 2 Dos XX limit too many times in the past week. (What else you supposed to do when floating the river?? And on the Lake And when working in the shop late... Somebody has to stop stocking the fridge with this crap! )

Tell Amy that after you have had 2, every one you grab after that is hers and you don't get any of it.

Hey, your the one talking about petroleum jelly. Curse whoever put bearings in mufflers.
BTW my headlight U-joints are going out, right after I put new blinker fluid in too.

Hey guys, I am going to try and make it to The Ranch in Sadelia, to meet all you crazy guys.

XLR8R, I saw you last night on Monte Carlo near Princeton, I gave you a wave, you definitely had no idea who i was but you waved back!

Hey Jake!

I was wondering who that was - I usually wave back unless they're just waving one finger...

We drive that route everyday back & forth to the shop.

Hope to see ya at Charlie's!
