Milton would be perfect for you!
But , no it's close to Scranton. You can view a general map here:
http://maps.yahoo.com/maps_result?ad...w=1&name=&qty=
You won't be dissapointed if you make the drive. I will post more info by the end of the week.
Hope to see you there!

I think a dyno complicates things. It is 1 thing to gather somewhere where you are a customer but you bring a dyno you are going to have to have written permission from Petro to be there (probably?) because of the liabilities involved...

That's a good point. If we show up as customers they won't have a problem.
Perhaps we could save the dyno for another location and event this summer.
Preferably on private property.
Maybe a clam bake/dyno day.

Let's make it official:
Petro's Truck Stop in Avoca/Dupont on January 7th at Noon.
I will be there early and late so that nobody is left out.
I will bring some tools just in case anyone needs them. I will be borrowing a cell phone. If anyone has trouble or gets lost call me.
I will have the number available soon.
Cameras and camcorders are encouraged.
Any other suggestions?
----------------- ----------------------
Here's a link to the "Avoca" Petro Stop for anyone interested:

Almost forgot. They have a scale for anyone that's curious about the weight of their truck.

Too bad you can't make it PJ. I went to a Christmas Cheer party in CT last weekend. That was also 170 miles. And I was there at 10 am.
I had a good time. You should come anyway. I'll be there all day.
There's a guy showing up with a Powerstroke. He won't be there until 3.
------------------------
The Petro link is a mystery. It was the same exact link that you posted njoverkill. Only difference was I copied and pasted from another page and it wouldn't work that way. Some html "ancient Chinese secret" ?
Anyway, I fixed it. Thanks for posting that.

Ya never know, it would just make for a long day. 3 hours 11 minutes each way. If I could see into the future, you know weather and all, I would feel better about it. Not to mention we have our house on the market and just had an offer accepted on what will hopefully be our "new" house. You guys know the routine, life is full of twists and suprises. If my situation is a little less hectic after the new year you may just see me.
All I need is a ready, willing and able buyer for my house and all will be well.

Too bad I'll miss the convoy....
That would make a good video clip.
One of the guys in our/your club took me for a ride in his 12 valver the other day. He has twin 6" stacks. I wish I had a camcorder when he was rollin' coal.
----------------
In case anyone has forgotten, if you want to be in the club you have to:
Do nothing. Consider yourself a member!

PJ,
I just realized that you were the one pulling the funky dust collector.
We used to have a bunch of that stuff at work. Some were the same brand as yours.
Some of the material that we used was like flour. We would have to change the filters and if someone wanted to play a little trick, they would turn on the purge air and give someone else a white, clown face!
