This is so typical southern California, slacken off waiting for the next guy to take the ball

The weather will be cooling down soon. So how about a meet in a campground or in the desert some time in October? Early November?

well i have a trip planned around thanksgiving out past 29 palms! no stone set date yet! but im almost done with my new transfercase on the samurai. and headers/carb. so i might make a sooner trip!

as for getting together. probably next january. thats the last time i think they had an actually meeting.

As soon as I get my bags plumbed and my radiator rodded out......(really need tire too )

I'm itchin to go, my 450 ain't even broke in yet

cowhand , still having problems? everytime i hit riverside i seen to get hot on the needle too. i think its just that valley! tried flushing the radiator but need to get a thermastat.

btw anyone theres a cummuns place like 2 mile from where im working off and on was thinking of going there to pick up some parts. anyone needing anything? gonna try to use the company name i work for so i dont have any problems!

Mine gets warm running the long grades either side of Whitewater.....then again, the temp is 120* and I'm running a steady 1100* on the pyro.
I'm concerned because if it's running warm empty, it's probably gonna fry with my 11K lb trailer behind it.

If you're working anywhere near Cummins Cal-Pac or LA Freightliner, just go in there and get the parts, no name dropping necessary. I do it all the time....

Which one, Irvine or Bloomington? Definitely take the part #.....their parts catalogs run more toward the commercial applications.
