Grandpappy always said don't trust a kid that can't look ya in the eye, a woman that won't let ya kiss her or a man that don't eat BBQ.

Memphis is Pork City... no wonder it won the Fattest City in America award.

Tyler's right - BBQ started right here in TX, but there weren't too many Texans here at the time... the were called Tejanos.

The Texans, after they got here as soon as they could, refined the method with modern technology for superior Meat.

Seriously, I thought it was a Memphis thing. Maybe not. Who cares either way....its still yuck.
that's cause you've just never had any real BBQ yet, which makes sense - seeing as how you're from Memphis and all...

Tyler,

Are we crashing on your folks floor? Will they mind? Or should we be planning on camping? What's the plan?

You can crash on the couches in the barn, the couches in the house, the floor in the house, in the barn, outside in a tent, maybe my sister's bed if she's not home. Anywhere you want as long as it's not in bed with me unless your a 6' blonde that's developed in all the right areas and is of proper age and sex.
