I'm going to redline. And oh yeah, this new quad box is freaking insane. Massive amounts of low end and top end. And that's without the smarty.

I don't know about Redline, but it would'nt dare to rain on our DTR #8 meet.

Charlie, will your tent fit over a CTD? I need to install Mike's indexing pins for my 'Team XLR8R' Traction Bars....
and to pull all four wheels (painting Centramatic Balancers flat black)!

It might fit over part of it. I'll throw it in the back of the truck and bring it anyway.

From what I understand, admission is the same to spectate or race at Redline on a special event night such as the ODRA Drags this Saturday - $15 to get in to the stands or the pits, plus a $5 tech card to make passes.

$20 is pretty cheap to tear up your trash from 7PM-Midnight - much more meaningful results than a $45-60 dyno session!

I'd like to run

IF it doesn't rain
IF I can get Smarty loaded
IF there's any volunteers for the TEAM XLR8R pit crew

... I'm too worn out to swap tires, unload the bed, etc. by myself!

I'll bring the race team shirts & caps...

p.s. and if I'm the only one running, I'll leave the GN at home

Leave it...will be a pain at Redline. Plenty of people to watch your back if you have trouble.

Lets do all that work in Sedalia, before going to the track??

If you looked at Redlines Website...maybe you noticed they had a new track record set in Oct, last yr!
3.99 Seconds/ 181.82 MPH !!....... That would be something to see. Maybe he'll show on Saturday?

Mike I will help you unload and change tires or whatever else I can do. I'd love to make one or more of the runs with you in the truck if you don't mind and they allow it.

The track officials will allow a Co-Pilot, as long as it's cleared with them first.
I'll even let ya wear the helmet... I need someone to watch the gauges, since I tend to concentrate on the driving part!
