I spoke to Josh Peters, the president of the Minnesota chapter of TDR, and he welcomed us to their next bomb party and meet on the 8th of May in Elk River. Sounds like a great time. I hope to be there and I hope all of you can make it too!

Well guys...you asked for it....you got it. May 8th at Torque Diesel Performance in Elk River. Tim has a full shop, where we can park inside as many as 15 trucks....maybe more....if we try hard. What ever you'd like to do...bring it....if anyone wants to make arrangements with Tim, I'm sure an Auto Trans could be swapped out that day.....Tim is now a Goerends Transmission Distribution point....infact he is going down this week to learn the in's and out's of The transmissions.

Anything else you guys need or want to do....let Tim or Aron know...they are more than willing to help you with all your Bombing needs.....


Directions. HWY 10 to Elk River. Go North on 171st Ave, go down approx 1/3 mile to Ulyssis St (first left) take that left and go down to the end, just before the turn in the road. The shop is on the Right. The 2 dock doors is Torque Diesel's end of the shop, the entrance to the shop is on the West end of the building.

well i'm starting new job on the 1st., driving a belly dump so my summer is now shot, but i will have all winter off so maybe can catch a meeting then.

 

Oooohh, definitely count me in. Hopefully I can get my tranny by then, heck, I might even get it FROM Touque Diesel. And hopefully I can get enough $$$ together for a plate and maybe some injectors by then. Sounds like fun!

 

I would definately like to come and learn as much as possible...I still haven't found "the right truck" .....yet. I will try to make it there and meet all of you.

Hey Andy, does Torque Diesel have a dyno?

 

Not that I am aware of, but if we get good turnout, I think that should be the plan for the next meet.

BTW, tell your dad to bring the 600.

 

Definately come! That Olds diesel is the only engine with more rattle than a Cummins.

 

So How many guys are going to make it for sure on may 8th at torque diesel performance? Iam trying to help tim figure out how many is coming.

I'm there! And I'm bringing a buddy who hasn't been fully exposed to soot yet!

 

I am planning on being there too. Although at this point I still have nothing to bomb...except the olds diesel!

 

I'm going to be in Winona for a horse show so I'll have to miss this one.
