Well, that's the only and the last time I block up the axle. It jumped and hopped like nobody'e business, I couldn't give it more than half throttle or it would start bucking. At the end it started to hop real bad and I was slowing down, so I shut down on the second hop, I'm glad I did because it was pretty violent. Going to add another leaf or two and fab up some ladder bars. Then we'll be in good shape. I shot video of it, I'll try and post it if I can...

Well, the big boys that were there all pulled exibition. There was Big Boy's Toy, a black Dodge that had a race pump and twins, then there was Genningsman (sp) from out by winsted who pulled exibition with a truck and a 3 engined tractor. As far as the street legal class, Rought & Ready was there (can't remember any driver's names), an older Black chev sponsored by Bootleggers bar and grill, those guys did pretty well, I think they finished in the top 3 or 4. Andy, turbotweaker on the TDR, finished 4 or 5 and I got 3rd to last. Those are the ones that I remember, I think if I would have not run the blocks I could have finished a lot better but, live and learn...

I looked at my video this morning and she was hoppin' pretty fierce. I'm gonna pick up a limited slip here within a couple weeks, just in time to head up to Sobieski for their pull. The driver of Big Boy's Toy told me about it, it sounds like a good time... we'll see if I can have the truck together by then!

Check the calendar for those three orgs. Lots of truck pulls this summer. The only problem with a CTD is sometimes the weight puts you in with the open class.

Big Boys Toys would be Gus Mackereth?
