Thought I was gonna try to sneak away from work to get to this one, but I obviously had my locations mixed up. For some reason I was thinkin' this one was gonna be close enough to go into work for an hour or so, and then skip out for the afternoon. Silly me!

Tis ok 46.....

Hope some others will chime in for the caravan up and back in one day ..... dang .... 3 hour drive each way for lunch .... yee hawwwwwww
Re:M-D TDR G&M Seafood Gathering.....
I'd definitely be game for the drive up and back for lunch; a little over a month ago I drove up to Cumberland, Md so the wife could pick up her Scottish Deerhound puppy, and we turned around an hour later to be home that night.

I really won't know 'til Friday if I can do it. Gotta find out if anything we're doing at work that weekend is directly related to the "big deployment."

I'm not totally dismissing the idea of making the trip, it's just not looking as promising as I'd like it to be. [undecided]

I'd love to make this one. I've been to Westminster to pick up tractors before and I remember Towson somewhere.

Coming up I 95, what is the best plan of attack to get there?
Need something to do this week end anyway.

I would follow Keith up but my little junk can't keep up with him for sure. ;D ;D

Joel

I'll be there.

For DD4x4, go East on the Washington Beltway (Outer loop), then hop on I-295N just east of the Woodrow Wilson Bridge; it'll turn into the B-W Parkway north of US Route 50. Traffic won't be bad on a Saturday. Hammer's got the rest of the directions in the first post (...from DC).

How many heading up to the "Meet and Eat" from the Northern/Southern Virginia area.
Trying to get a head count for a possible meeting spot for a caravan or maybe caraRAM in this case. ;D
Also what about a time?

18 Rams in attendence and all their prospective owners inside telling stories and busting my hump about my filthy truck.I was so ashamed when I pulled into the lot and seen the clean ones and mine still covered in salt and dirt.My wife and I enjoyed lunch and she even had a good time.Glad to see all who were in attendence and as soon as I see the list of who was there I'll put it up......Andy

P.S.-Ed,not sure what you baffled my wife with but,she thought you were a blast,LOL.Also make sure you send me a copy of the photo's you took by email please.

I enjoyed the meet & greet alot..... epecially them crabcakes and those cannonball size rolls ;D Thanks again Kieth for letting me tag along and not smoking me up to much however, I saw what you did to that little car with the kids just south of Tappahannock....they disappeared in the smoke screen, the driver slammed on brakes and as I passed they were all coughing and cussin'.....

Looks like everyone had a great time. Shovelhead and I got there early so we decided to tour down town Baltimore. ;D ;D It was really cool. The food was beyond great. Watch out for those industrial size rolls but if you ever want great sea food, I would highly recommend this place.
Looking forward to the next time.

Joel
