Ok guys lets pick may 19 for the meet and greet. The next weekend is Memorial day and the 1st weekend in June is IRP in Indy. I was thinking of meeting at like 6pm CST and eating and then going to a parking lot and talking. Should be good weather by then. Any suggestions in Evansville of Good eats and empty parking lot? I was thinking eating at Show me's or Texas Roadhouse then going to the Old walmart parking lot on the Westside of Evansville.

I'll bring membership forms for everyone assuming the admins have us set up by then. Members dont have to have a username here to be a member. So I'll need a headcount so I can make reservations somewhere.

i may be interested and may have a few fellas from here in bardstown who may also be interested. we all work seen days a week and it's difficult to get a break. i'm already going to indy in june and maybe bowling green. may wont be a good month for me, wife graduates and i have several parties to attend.

what will be the cost to join?

 

As far as I know there is no cost to join a local chapter. We will have some more meets in the summer prolly based around some of the local truck pulls at the county fairs.

 

I'm interested but the distance may limit my participation. I'm in Franklin Co.

Who all is free may 19th? I got to asking around and it seems like the only good place for like 30 ppl is like ponderosa. Hope noone is afraid of food. Who all can make it the 19th in the evening?

 

I called ponderosa and They said there is no charge to use there room as long as everyone eats. Which shouldnt be a problem. So if we have enough ppl by the 12th I'll make the reservations. So lets get a list going.
