Considering what TJ ran against, he rocked. That single stack pullin' rig was insane, and he was pulling for all he had until he broke, but he was done broke or not quite a few feet prior to where TJ finished.

There were many comments in the crowd (non DTR guys) rooting for TJ too pullin' with his little street drivin truck and beating those "trailer only" trucks.

Great job, great day, and lots of fun. I did finally warm up around 9pm

That was awesome to have you roll down the track like that and take 2nd place!!!!!!

Joe

PS it was having your running lights on that did it!!!!!

only thing that TJ missed was blowing that train horn as you were rolling out the end of the track. it was funny as can be when TJ blew the train and 3/4 of the bleachers turned around to look what the heck just went off. lol Tj we were all happy to help you out with loading and unloading the truck and it was great seeing you pull. i just can't wait for Kentucky now. i think it was the ford guy that lent you the weights was the one that said that about coming down there with out the weights. i guess we have to figure out something for weights down at kentucky.

Well, I didn't know a bunch of people from here were there until it was almost over. I was the silver dodge that smoked the clutch about 10 ft out of the hole, but still pulled almost 150. I got a few pics, and couple vids, one of which is of getblown5.9's truck. There are a few more pulls in the same general area as this one (hopefully with a nicer sled), if you guys are interested I'll post up more info on them when I get it.

Here's a link to the vid of getblown5.9's pull:

And of few pics of my truck pulling:

Yep I will be there for that one as well. Hoping to have the tranny and t-case in by then so I will be driving down and not trailering it. My old man is going 4 wheeling that weekend and needs the trailer to haul all the 4 wheelers.

I remember a lot of "oooooh look at that clutch" comments when you ran 4x4, good run though!! Hope you had another clutch at home...
