The Mason-Dixon TDC would like to thank their sponsors for the help in making this show happen.

1st-Geno's Garage,Mid-Atlantic Diesel Performance,Renegade Diesel Performance,The Dieselsite and Old Chickies Hill Auto Transport who provided us with the capabilities to present the winners with some great trophies.Their dedication to this show was greatly appreciated by all of us in attendance.

2nd-SGS Performance...Dave,George,Jason,Toby and the entire crew again did their usual, hard working, flawless effort to make sure the show went off without a big hitch. We always appreciate their hard work to make the show go as effortless as possible and again they did it.Some minor little glitches popped up but were quickly eliminated with their quick work and the show trudged on to its finish.THANK YOU GANG FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!!!!.

3rd-SP Diesel...The BBQ cookout was really a nice thing to do and the club and the show attendees appreciated it.So thanks need to be sent to Brad and Sean for Andy's being there and it was enjoyed by all who were there.I will have to admit, while the pork was good, man the chicken was out of this world.

4th-Zimmies Automotive,Innovative Performance,SP Diesel,PDW Power,Mid-Atlantic Diesel,Renegade Diesel,D-P Tuner and East Coast Diesel. These were the vendors who supported the show by being there, answering many asked questions and doing some work also. The continued dedication helps the owners out and the club appreciates that.THANKS GANG!!!...I am not sure if I missed anyone else but a simple PM and I will fix that as I feel I did.

5th-Our Show-N-Shine Judges and Cooks.Michelle,Larry and CJ did a great job with the judging and thanks is in order. Our resident cooks,Chef Keith and Chef Jim did a fine job wheeling the big burners and I know they had some help along the way also.THANK YOU GANG!!!!

I am off to bed but before I go I personally want to thank Dockboy and Jetpilot for their work with me to get this show off.Without their hard work I would not have gotten this much done because of other distractions.

I have seen where this show has come from along time ago to what it has become.Waaaayyyyy back when at the first gathering on the jet it was 1BIG44 and myself who had the high power numbers, which were just over 300.Now at 1125hp(Common Rail),851hp(VP44) and 817(12v) I wonder where we will go next next. This year quietly we as a club had our records fall with the Top HP(Lloyd Mills-1125),Highest VP44(Offshoreracr-851) and Best 12v(John_P-817).Offshoreracr's truck,if not the highest, has to be among the top HP numbers ever for a VP44 equipped truck.Where will it end, only time will tell but with each and every one who comes a new number is possible. Thanks to all who came out and enjoyed their time with us........Andy

Wow, wow, wow, what an awesome event. Big thanks to the guys at SGS, Andy, Greg, Kieth and Jim for slaving over that hot grille, and all the sponsors. I have been attending these events for a while, and to my amazement they just keep getting better every year. The new tee time format worked very well, no more trucks lined up across the street waiting to dyno, you didn't have to waste half the day sitting in line, just wait for your time and get in line. It makes it much easier to wander around, check out other trucks, and watch others dyno.

Looking back over the list, the numbers are just astounding, even though I witnessed most of them with my own eyes. There is some serious diesel horsepower in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

On behalf of the "N.C./VA DTR Crew" we want to sincerely thank EVERYONE that has made this great event possible the past few years!! Andy, thanks for your invitation to the event and to you, Doug Smith (Jetpilot), Greg (Dockboy) for all your hard work at organizing everything on the dyno. You guys had a great system worked out with the "tee times" etc. and IMHO, the dyno runs went very, very smooth. I also want to thank Doug and Karen Smith for their "hospitality!" Doug,.....I want to see that 2001 of yours there next year!
Also our thanks to SGS and every one of the sponsors and individuals that helped put this event on. Having organized much smaller events like this, I can relate to how much "behind the scenes" work there is. It was great to have seen old friends and to meet new faces.

Our crew did leave on Saturday night to attend the "East Coast Truckin Nationals" in Dinwiddie, Va. on Sunday and missed Lloyds run with his truck.
Lloyd,.... CONGRATULATIONS to you on some GREAT numbers buddy!! Tim and I sure didn't have anything for you in the Unlimited Class! FWIW, our own Mike Dolan (Mike D.) was able to win the Street Diesel Class at Dinwiddie and took home a cool $700.00 in prize money!!
Congratulations Mike!

Thanks again for everything!

Great numbers John P and Timinva...but how cool is it when two 850+hp trucks aren't even CLOSE to top HP honors!

Sucks I missed it, but my Uncle's wedding was a blast!

I really wanted to be there...but after I said I was coming, I remembered my Uncle's wedding...I wouldn't have a place to come home to if I missed that, so I decided I'd better stay home

One of these days I'll get to meet you John!

Nope. He was in the 600s with the Juice. That truck hauls some butt though. You have to give that to him...

Turbos on the dyno do NOT need to reach full boost to show accurate HP. The boost is not just a function of HP but of workload of an engine.... A good example is a truck on level ground will make say 30# boost. Take the same truck and put it on a 6% grade with a trailer and the boost will go to 35+, is it making more HP? No it is just working harder.
