Hello
I may have a new twist on things. I will know tomorrow wheather or not my son will be able to ride with me down to the ROCK if he can I may put my (slow) truck up on the Goose Neck and tote it down to the race. I may have my son race my wife's truck. If he tears it up I will just tote it back home with my slow truck.

My wife wrote me a e mail letting me know that she would like to see what her truck would run. She ran a 14.06 before she left and I am sure she would like to see better numbers from a 3500 4X4 dually.

When you see me at the Hess station in Holly Ridge, I will most likely be toting my slow truck on the goose neck.

Looking forward to the event
See Ya
Chris

Yep, gates open at 5. Here's a link to the flyer. BC847 posted it first, I'm just reposting it.

Still not sure I'm going to make it. I may, but it'll be a noon time decision. Y'all have fun if I don't make it.

Matt, Run that truck. No more worries about the clutch. I predict 14's easy...

I don't know. Truck seems slower now. Something is not right. Looks like I will come, not sure if I'll run or not. I may run, just to get a benchmark if nothing else.

A little green Dodge set a new national record in the pro-street class with 9.9xx @ 139.xx.

Pretty slick.

That was awesome. Imagine if Garmin's first run hadn't bogged halfway down the track. I think he'd been in the 9's too the way he left. Stuckey won the pro street class too. Buck Spruill red lighted on a 10.87 or so (can't remember exactly) in a Dmax but Stuckey ran him down anyway with a 10.15 (?). Fun to watch the fast diesels run!

That was a ton of fun. I was gonna put some videos up on my site, but apparently someone hacked the server my site was hosted on and I lost everything. Will have to start fresh.

Oh yeah,

I did run my truck just for kicks and giggles and ran a 16.1 on a stock clutch and stock turbo rollin on 40" tires!! I thought that was pretty good.
