Looking forward to seeing you all there. I should get there sometime Saturday along with Dieter and Neal.

You guys spread the word and get those trucks out on the track. Lets show The Rock we can show up and kick butt.

John and Chris, we'll show you guys some real HP this weekend out on the drag strip too.

So,......I say "run that truck of yours this weekend!" We will plug my "hot" TST into your truck and see if we can get you in the 12's. If it breaks we will tow you out of there again.

Yeah, I know you would tow me out buddy. Bring your TST Comp. just in case. You know if I'm at the track it would be hard for me not to run...

Maybe we can talk the two 6 speed trucks to run each other...

Is anybody heading down from the Smithfield,Raleigh, or Fuquay area? I am not gonna bring my son as it will be way to late for him and I don't really want to drive by myself.

Drop me a PM or reply!!

I think the Dodge Truck World Viper boys are scared-I tried to get them to go!!

Thanks, but no.. I've already had a taste of that... You got the DD now Matt, so you can hold all of that new found power. 614HP on #2 is doggone good, nevermind when you hit the squeeze...

No sandbagging here. Mike, tell you what, you find me a truck that meets that spec and I'll race..... . Phil, don't believe everything you read. I did 535 on my dying vp. Put a HRVP in and I've lost power. I doubt I could even get into the 14's....which I never have. My truck is down on power.....haven't got it figured out yet, but I also haven't messed with it in a while. I've been steppin' and fetchin' at work lately. Heck Mike I'm still 2 seconds behind you in the 1/4, probably more now. I'm not afraid to race, but there is no point to it at the moment......besides being everyone's whipping boy........as usual.......

I can come a shoot video of everyone else though.....like last time....if I can work it out.

Let see... I left that tiny violin somewhere around here.

Yeah Phil, I'm just stirring the pot a little. Matt's truck is slow, I think his wife's Pilot whipped him. Really, his truck is stout. I would like to see him do some sled pulling in East Bend on Friday night. *hint* *hint* Matt...

All in good fun, we're all there to have a good time.

Matt:

Aw come on Matt,........if you now have 614 H.P.? you should be able to at least give Johnner a "run for his money!" I didn't know about all your "new found H.P." until now! If you can run Johnner "heads-up" in the "bracket class" you might be able to beat him there. Heck you will leave the lights first and all you have to do is stay ahead of him till you hit the traps at the end of the 1/4 mile! He has to run you down AND PASS YOU to win! Whaddya say Matt????

David:

It will be great to see you and Mike again! David, anytime you come to ANY drag race event with Jeff and the crew we KNOW there is going to be "real horespower!" Looking forward to the event. See you Saturday buddy!

Hello

David
Does that you are going to have a pulling track there to? That is where the HP is. Just kidding I know you need the HP to make these slow, noisey, smokey ole heavy trucks go as fast as they are going.

I really enjoy it when I line up at a traffic light with a fart can car and take off and chirp all four tires when it hits second gear in the wife's truck.

It sure seems that you folks down Ga way have figured out how to make these little six cylinders run.

It's going to be a busy next few weeks. The Rock this weekend. The Scheild event the following weekend and then a week break and down to Commerce for the big event. Some time in there I have to find time to cut the grass.

Looking forward to seeing everyone. Will there be a Diesel truck section for us to park in kinda like down in Commerce?? That seemed to work pretty good.

See Ya
Chris

I hear ya Chris about he next few weeks, but what do ya do? This one will be good, Scheids will be good, and Atlanta will have Keating and Hogue facing off again (rematch from TS) with the Scheid rail there to spoil the fun. They will be racing for a purse here too.

Diesel section? hmmm, I say we just show up in force and make the gassers park where they can find a spot. Not sure how we will park them here but last time I was there (2003) we didn't have a problem.

Can't wait to see everyone.
