Are you kidding me??? There is no way that truck is making it to China Lake and back through that kind of heat. He USED to have a truck that would make it that far, but somehow that disappeared.

Hey Tye,
How 'bout some info for something around Pismo? If we can afford it (might be shooting for one last Glamis trip Mem. Day weekend) I'll drag my trailer up. Wouldn't mind bringing the quads up for a few hours at the dunes.
The Nojoqui rangers might take a dim view of me riding up to the falls....

Alright guys! Were on for this weekend! I went down to Nojoqui this weekend to scout out a couple of sites for us. I'm going to get there early to get us a spot.
-Bruce is bringing the BBQ, knives, meat warmer, bread, and a few other misc things.
-Kyle has got the oak covered, and some misc things, (I'll call you tomorrow, phones dead)
-I'm bringing some knives, bread and a few misc things.
Other then the food I think we got just about everything covered. If anybody has any games, baseball gloves, *****, bats, bring um. I'm bringing my glove, softball, and a football. We are not going to meet this week, we can handle the details through the DTR, PM, and phone! I think everybody has my cell phone #, if not, PM me and I'll get it to you. If possible I would like to get a general head count if possible. Again here is the details to make it a little easier for everyone.
-Sunday June 4th, bumped up due to Memorial weekend!
-To be held @ Nojoqui (NAH-ho-wee) park/waterfalls http://www.avilabeachca.com/may01_01.htm
-Start time, 10:00am
-Everyone to bring a piece of Tri-tip, BBQ will be provided
-Everyone to bring a Side Dish, Dessert, & Drinks, this will be a Pot-luck style BBQ
Look'n forward to seeing everbody, North, Central and Southern California Guys, Gals and family.
Tye
P.S. I still have a few T-shirts available.

apparently I may have a few clutches welded together in my tranny; and I'm in Yuma. so no idea when I'm coming back, taking it in to a shop tomorrow morning, should be taken care of under warranty, got it done 7 months/11k miles ago. I'll let you know when I find out if I'll make it or not, most likely will unless they have to wait for parts for some reason.

yeah it's starting to get warm, high 80's to mid 90's; not bad. we've been around the pool, river, A/C and all sorts of guns though so the weather hasn't really been much of an issue. visiting my two bros. I've been driving my brother's '05 and I want to steal his 24v and 48re.
