What do you consider early? You are talking Saturday morning, correct?

 

How early can we arrive at the Buck camping area?

 

I'll be heading up around noon to set up my camping area and eat some lunch/dinner before I head into the pits.

 

Wayne said you can get there as early as you want.

Last year at the Buck.
Wayne's camper is the one on the right, he has an 01 HO SRW and is also the President of the PA Jeeps club. Great guy to also.

 

yeah well this year is going to be bigger than last year no doubt in my mind!

 

Okay so a bunch of us are camping, TJ wants to be there by noon, and we're talking less than 2hr drive right?

So how about meet at 8am at W2G - depart there around 8:30am and be there early for setups, etc.. and then everyone is ready when the fun starts? We don't need sleep on Friday night, I plan on sleeping very good on Saturday night after all that soot inhalation and adult beverage indulgence

no need to meet so early, i say we leave between 11-12

 

i say meet at w2g at 1030am and leave between 1100-30 and well be up there right around noon. gives us time to set things up and BS some

 

I'm a lot closer than most of you guys, I will try to time it from here to meet up at the same time.

 

It's only 45 miles from WTG. It only took our convoy less than an hour to get there last year. this year i promise not to turn right and get lost again.
11 sounds good to me. Don't want to get too drunk too early.

 

PJ there is a wawa or royal farms or maybe even sheetz ( i forget) at the intersection of rt1 and the rd we take over to the buck. you can meet us there because its only about 1-2 miles north of the dam.

What time do you think, like 12:30 - 12:45 then?

 

I got Wayne working on getting a DTR banner made so people know who we are. I guess i gotta contact the Powers that be for permission.
