Hey Tom,

You are after my own heart promising a dune trip to your daughter. We just got back from our first trip of the season today (Gordons Well). I assume the dyno day is in Phoenix but I would like to attend and I know my buddy will also. Just let me know when it can work out.

If I can get a count I'll talk to Lance about a Saturday in Early Nov. The 12th looks good so far. I'm not sure if they have any kind of min qty for attendies. So far we have 6 trucks
Me = 1
Randy = 3
Scott = 2
Does this look right? Would anybody else be interested in just showing up for a meet and greet too.

I'll actually be in Phoenix that weekend....at the NASCAR race . I'm not sure the truck will dyno very well w/ the slide in on it. I can't say that I will be in the position to operate a vehicle anytime past Friday night to sometime Monday morning . I know that when anyone is trying to put together a gig you just have to set a date and time and go from there. I would like to get together but I can't do it that weekend.

Where in the PHX area is the shop at ??? I'm in town till the 6th. I'll be doing a tranny upgrade while I'm here, and would like to dyno it afterwards even if I cant attent. From the picture you posted it looks like a real clen set-up he has.

Sorry guys, I will not be able to do any thing for a couple more weeks.

I can get anybody in touch with Chucks if they are still interested. I'm thinking a meet and greet after the first part of Dec. Would there be interest?

Maybe a local park, some burgers and dogs. A family outing...

Randy, how long have you had those Specons? I know I've seen them cruising through town at one time or another. You just don't forget those things!

The four door went on the road in '95. It has almost 300K miles now. The "coupe" went on July (I think). They do tend to draw attention.

BTW; SPECON is a state term for Specialy Contructed vehicle. Then they break it down into coupe, van, pick up.
