Hello
Larry
Sorry to hear you can't make it down. I will do my best to keep Dennis under control

Dennis and anyone else looking for the phone number to the camp ground. The phone number is 1 800 223 0667. I tried to call them after work at about 6:00 or 1800 and only received a machine. I will try and call at lunch time in the next day or two.

Neal
I hope your uncle is recovering well.

David
Do you think I can enter my strong running stock truck into the show and shine. I will be on my own that weekend, my wife is over in Kuwait and Geoffrey is in school. I did learn to leave the campers next to me alone, even if they leave their lights on all night. Something about a cast iron frying pan and my head just don't sound good to me.

I should have a new turbo to try out on the dyno.
Take care
See ya
Chris

Chris - I see no reason why you couldn't enter the show and shine. I see if I can find out.

Sorry you can't make it Larry. I was going to hand out free frying pans to the campers and I needed a referee.

Chris and Dennis, just make sure we hook up Friday night.

David,
What time should we be there at the track friday night? (What time do they open the gates? I see you said they race from 6 to 11.)

Chris,
I'm going to leave early Thursday morning because I have got the days off from work. I'm going to call the campground first thing in the morning to reserve my spot for Thurs, Fri, and Sat nights. We will leave to come back home Sunday.

Top,
Put a blindfold on Peg and tell her you're gonna take a secret way to the lake,,,,,,, then hook up the camper instead of the boat. You are bound to have some of those "Sleepy-La-La-Land" meds laying around somewhere,,,,,,,,,,

Dennis must have thought he was staying in Motel Six where we always leave the lights on for ya.

Got the last tractor show of the year scheduled for this weekend, gonna try to make that since I haven't been to one show yet this year. That plus getting ready for another two shut downs, one in the fall and one in the spring. The older I get, the more I hate those times, 80 hours a week gets to be a drag after while.

No planned shut downs for next year this time unless our sister stations in Connecticut or Wisconson has one and I have to go to it again. Maybe I can get down there next year.

Who knows, I might just have a drastic change of mind and make this one anyway.

Ya'll have a good one.

Chris,
I have reservations for the 9th, 10th, and 11th in site #45 at the Pottery Campground. You might want to make your reservations soon because they also have a floral show in town that weekend.

Hello
Dennis
I just thought that was a good number.
I tagged along with Johner up and most of the way back. We did have a safe trip Thanks.
We where going down I40/I85 and I see thing black cloud up ahead. It was Johner playing with a duramax. I couldn't up my self from thinking back a few years ago when Wes and I where riding with John Sr up in Pa going about 70 or so saying "Watch this" as he puts out a smoke cloud out and covers a ford probe as we speed on down the road.
Johner's truck is a pretty strong running truck, I did find that if I get a running start on him I can stay infront for a little while. Once we get rolling around 100 I let off and go back to 75/80.
We did hit alot of rain on Sunday. We left at 0600 In time and I was in my driveway at 2315.
Looking forward to this up coming event.
See ya
Chris

You will be in the frying pan class.

Or you can bracket race with Penny.

Hello
What time are you going to be at the dragstrip on friday night?? I am still planning on running my "almost stock truck" on the rollers.
It looks like I won't be cleaning up after a hurricane so I hope to find time to clean my truck. Sure hope the folks down in Fl come through ok.
Take care
See Ya
Chris

Chris, my "plan" is to be there Friday afternoon so I can get our parking area marked off. At worst case, I'll be there by 7:00.
