Since the dyno day has now come and gone and was a HUGE SUCCESS in my opinion. I'm bringing this back to the top.
I just booked my rooms at the Comfort Suites~Rockingham for Friday night before and Saturday, the night of. Use your discounts, cuz regular was $129 a night for 2 adults. masonic-dodge, his buddy Brett and myself stayed at the Holiday Inn Express last year's DHRA event for around 80 a night and it was a nice place also.

Phil,
I'll get you the numbers to Comfort Suites and the Holiday Inn Express. Those are the only two places I have stayed and I like them both. The Comfort Suites is definately nicer and the parking lot a little more secure and roomy for detailing trucks.

There will be a convoy in from the Shoney's parking lot. Its usually quite a site seeing all those dodges rolling in. Did you see any of the videos I made of the convoys of the past. Hope to see you there.

I plan on attending. I can bring the Anti-break down device (goose neck) down to the rock.
As far as sleeping I might just sleep on the goose neck with the 1911 under my pillow.

I'll hang out with you at the gooseneck until its time for me to go to the room. It was a great place for filming the action last DHRA event. I still hate that your leaving us soon.
