Demon, you putting in your twins all in one piece? I put mine in differently. It might be a bit tight with your alternator, but it might work. Usually people put in the bottom turbo first. Depending on the twin set-up you might have to adjust a cab weld flange. The typically the second gens don't have a clearance issue with the cab. Did you get a bottom turbo support? I built one and attached it to my engine mount. What size is the outlet off your primary turbo? Looks like a 4in. Mines a 5in, and I had to adjust it to fit it the exhaust tunnel. You might want to put a shield around your wiring harness as the hot pipe will warm-up your wiring. I've burnt my harness pulling my trailer and using my mach 6's. Its a long story. You still up for some injector swaps? I pulled out my macher's and I should be receiving my DDP 240 sticks any day. I'm running my little BD130 sticks, for trailer towing. I'm still at the 500rwhp area and little smoke, pretty cool. What day is the GP outting? I will be in the GP area early June and anybody want to get together for a beer or at least burn some #2 and some tires.
You bet Mike, I'm still down for some inj swapping. I was planning on dropping them in preassembled. like yanking the battery tray and alt out of the way. and sliding them on the new studs and gaskets. Say how was your coolant tubes, were they in the way? the exhaust off the primary is full 5". If I don't have the aug 25-27 off of work I'/m booking the time off. I'm so in for that AAB.
Guys, we should all plan to have a meet at the NADP August Blackout in Edmonton. This is a pretty big event. Last year, it was really good and well worth the drive. Its a busy weekend for most - but we should start firming up plans to see whos going.
Is there any interest?

It would be cool to see you there.. OH BTW, it isnt looking good for me to be in FSJ for this weekend coming up. Still having some issues with my truck. Just stupid little ones but nonetheless aggrevating. Cant get the tranny to shift right when I have the co pilot on. I think that NADP is going to get me a new tranny,, hopefully they can get it done this week, but I am not holding my breath. Other than that it is running pretty rank. Got my N20 installed, havent tested it though. And got the stage 2 cp3 installed (but having some weird rail pressure readings) so got some little issues to waddle through

Demon, there was two coolant lines that I had to adjust. One was a line to the heater and the other was to my heat exchanger. I think you could run a piece of tubing for the heater core and I might have a fitting for the coolant line at the front of the truck. PDR gave me a fitting for a manual truck (tee). I needed three lines for my auto truck. 5in exhaust is a tight fit. I would unplug the alternator and remove the brackets. I broke my alternator connector and you can't buy a new connector from dodge. You put on in the mega clamp kit and hose kit. Its way better than stock. I kept blowing off the stockers. I double clamped my intercooler lines. I should show you how I check for boost leaks. I put a fitting on the head so I can pressure everything up to 70psi. I have a 4in ball valve that I put in the turbo inlet side. Back off your rockers arms and pressure everything up. The pressure should take some time to bleed off if you have no leaks. Sure helps with spool-up time when you have no air leaks. I will be in the GP area in June 4 to 8 time frame. I'm on expenses so I could buy some friends beer
I think it will be a blast. I usually park my 5er at the golf course that is only a couple of miles from the track. The name of the course is escaping me at the moment, but it is real nice, and has a nice get to gether area etc
