They will all be paid off.

I want to say THANKS for Dmax & SSmoker inviting me to lunch a couple of days ago. Too bad that ws the day that I had 3 doctor's appointments, and we couldn't work lunch into the schedule.

I finally got OFF the picc line and home IV's,and the doc gimme crutches and a walkin boot, and says I can start putting weight on that foot. Let the pain be my guide to HOW MUCH.

When can we do lunch?
Where I live, we have a Jr Olympic sized pool in the basement, with tables and chairs and such. Anytime any of ya'll want to get together at my place just give me a holler. I bet we can get pizza delivered to the basement. Now that I'm starting the "physical therapy" phase of my recovery, I plan to spend a lot of time down there.

For anybody that don't know and don't have time too go back thru the notes:

I fell down the elevator shaft (long story, bring beer) here back in October. I survived the fall! I broke my right femur (bone poked out of my leg), and my heal was shoved out the bottom of my right foot. My left leg is just fine. I have a titanium rod and no problems with the femur. A week after they took the stitches out of my foot, it got infected, swelled up and split the wound wide open. ...Two months later, the infection is under control (gone?) and the wound is closing up. I'm still fighting the swelling, but it ain't as bada s it was. Now I can start putting weight on the foot, and HOPE to be able to drive again, SOON!

As soon asa I can work on the truck (with or without help), I'll be dropping the fuel tank to install the Draw-Straw and figure out why I keep building a vaccum in the tank. Then I'm ordering a Smarty. Y'all watch out!

Any time y'all get a hankerin to go over to Harbor Freight Tools in Memphis, swing by and pick me up. I've always got coupons! I can even give ya directions if you don't know where to find them. Oh yeah, HFT isn't far from 4-Wheel Parts and Tennesee Speed Sport.

Good to hear you are making progress prospector.
I might go to Harbor freight in the near future I'm sure I can find some stuff I need and will learn I need more stuff when I get there. Oh and I drive by 4 wheel parts everyday. I need a new receiver clevis for the jeep. I can't find it anywhere. I think somebody had sticky fingers.

I'm be headed down to Silky O'Sullivans at Beale and 3rd shortly. W'ell start out in the oyster bar with a retirement party for her boss, but then we'll probaably migrate to the main part of the bar, or the newly enclosed part of the patio. Just look for the guy with the crutches and a red "B24 Flight Crew" baseball cap.
Come on down! They serve NEWCASTLE, food, NEWCASTLE, and other stuff. I hope to see some of you there; the guys from Connie's office usually don't last very long.

Man Tim, I would definately head that way if I wasnt on my death bed! I guess I got the flu or something.

All is not bad over here though. I have met a very nice girl. She is what I would normally classify as "out of my league" but evidently there are women out there that want a nice, respectful guy. We have spent a lot of time together over the last few weeks and we really enjoy each other. I am not going to jump into this though. I will go slow and take it easy and do what feels comfortable. She is blond, 29, no kids, and a smokin' hot body!! I will keep you informed on whats going on with us. Oh yea, I promise, at the next meet, she will attend with me if I dont scare her off before then.
She gets scared when I get down on the Cummins really hard but I bet she will grow to like it. Im not in as deep as Happy seems to be, but im not gonna say I wont be some day with her!!
