i have already counted out the weekends i don't have my daughter the weekend of TS so i'm good to go. as of right now my truck isn't going so i'll just be riding along. how about this saturday at the cave for the meeting?

 

That works for me as long as Scott and the Boss are ok with that.

agreed on the above, all logistical details that are paramount at this stage.

I don't know if I'll be able to make it to the cave this Sat, I'll call Len Sat morning if I can attend to confirm that the meeting is still on.

This said, I am planning on going as a spectator and not bringing my truck to the event as per TJ's recommendation which I thought was a smart idea. I will be happy to share the cost of fuel/expenses with the driver/rig I ride up there with. If there are shared common expenses we have as a group like food/beverage etc...etc...of course I'll also pitch in there as well.

I can split a room with someone if someone would like to do that at the location where we are staying. Or I can make my own reservations if given the contact information of the location. Either way is fine. Seeing as how I will not have any mode of transportation on my own, I will have to rely on rides all weekend.

I think the key to this whole plan is communication and coordination...the devil is always in the details

 

i think im out as far as going. want to take the truck, but she wont be ready. still plan on meeting up the cave and hearing what everyone has to say and give tj as much of a hand as i can.

I've got a wedding to go to on Saturday but I still want to go to KY, truck is available if needed or I can ride with someone else and split the cost, I'm flexible on hotel as well.

 

If Todd takes the camper i would like to claim a spot in it.
