Is this everyone that can make the meeting? We need to figure this out, it is only 22 days away.

Also, since quite a few of you seem to not be able to make it we need to know if you are bringing anything other than coolers and luggage, ie big wheels so that we can make sure that there is room for them somewhere. Here is the list that I have as of today, correct it if it is wrong please

Travis's truck (towing TJ)- Travis, TJ, Scott, Keith
Todd's truck (towing 5er)- Todd, Cindy, Leonard, Sunir, John
Matt's truck - Matt, Tony

I know that Brad need to go somewhere, who else did I miss?

Also, when does everyone plan on leaving, I say @ 3 AM April 24th from Scotts house or the Park and Ride by my house. If you plan on leaving earlier, later lets make sure that we discuss this, we do not want to leave anyone here that wants to go, but at the same time we will not wait for anyone once the departure time has been set, and it will be set in stone after the meeting Sunday. If anyone has any questions/concerns please voice them here or PM me.

 

If Brad can get his self over to the Balt. area I can pick him up since I'm going to be there anyway to pick up the mother-in-law and John. I'll have plenty of room, won't be using the truck, I'll be using Cindy's new to us 2001 Volvo V70 XC

yeah but i was asked to haul crab pots and work on the boat. i deff need the money. 110 a day pulling pots and atleast 200 a load to haul them since pretty good.

I volunteered to work to day to get the production line finished. This sux. I wish I was closer so I could just go to lunch and come back.

 

Don't worry we'll find you a ride. Can you get to Baltimore for Todd to pick you up?

 

Ok, I know that we did not get much accomplished other than running up a hefty bill, we need to remember that we run up quite a bill in less than three hours. Now for what we discussed, this is in stone as far as I am concerned, if there are any problems let me know.

We are leaving from Scott's house on Wednesday night at 11PM, we will meeting up with Todd at I-81 exit 298, about three hours into the trip I think, not sure what route we are taking, but this is what we had discussed earlier. As for riding/Driving here is what I have.

Matt's Truck - Matt, Tony
Travis's Truck - Travis, TJ, Scott, Keith, Brad (until we meet up with Todd then into the camper)
Todd's Truck/Camper - Todd, Cindy, Leonard, Sunir, John

Travis is towing TJ's truck on his GN
Todd is towing his 5er
Matt is hauling his fuel
Leonards Big-wheel still needs to go somewhere (if he is still taking it)

I've got good news and bad news.
Good news is Brad will have a seat in Travis's truck now because i cannot go.
You can still use my property for staging and parking, i will take care of the vehicles left here.
I'm gonna start a fund so i can go next year.

 

Dangit Scott that sucks, I hope that you can go next year because I have a feeling that this is going to be a yearly thing for us.

 

Sorry to hear that Scott, but I'm sure there is going to be a next year. Plus we have plenty of trips to the Buck and the Spring Fling coming this year.
