My new HX 35/40. The machine shop finally did the housing for me. Only took a year. But it was free. It's a 60mm x 86mm compressor wheel.

Haven't had a chance to road test it yet. I'll take it to work in the morn and try it out.
Tim if you can get over here early 10 ish Sat I'll give you a hand. John we'll try to get you in. But Tim's problem seems pretty urgent. Still come over though if you want of call me first to see how far along we are.

and Scott whatever time you tell me to be there i will be there bud, do i need any tranny fluid and if so what kind. Everyone said changing the seal is only a 10 minute job but removing the tranny is what takes 2 hours.

WoW! Sounds like a jet under my hood. That turbo is loud! TJ told me the 6 blade would be really loud. Ran good though. Can hit 40psi really easy. Not hammering on it for a couple more miles though.
Tim you shouldn't need any ATF. We are going to pull the trans/converter together. As long as the TC doesn't fall off we'll be fine. If you want to save some time you can drop your front drive shaft tonight. One less thing to do.

Everything went well, the little things were biting us in the butt. The bad news is after driving home lastnight i checked under the truck and the oil is leaking again. Guess when we had some trouble with the cover it somehow damaged the darn cam seal again. Going to double check everything again but i had a half dollar size of oil on the driveway when i got home.

I think it could be residual oil. Need to get it washed off real good.

Lets hope it was just residual. We put a lot of effort into getting that done...

On another note, Scott and I got the AirDog in.

Thanks Scott.

Holds 15psi at cruise and no less than 13 at WOT. We will see what happens when I get the Xzilliraider resintalled.

If it drops any, I will just install the stiffer regulater spring....

So Tim what's the verdict? If we gotta do it again we will drill that one hole that caused us problems a little bigger.
