Well went ahead and replaced the rotor, cap, cam position sensor and now it wont start at all...well it starts and idles for all of about 2 seconds before cutting out, still throws the 1391 code. i need a fuel pressure test kit next to make sure when it it runs for those 2 seconds that the FP isnt dropping for some reason.

 

Ok so you have replaced the CPS, Cam PS, Full Tune-up. Have you checked the throttle body and sensors? The Idle Air Control could be gunked up and stuck. But the code makes no sense to me unless you have a bad computer.
