Diesel OBDII scan tool

has anyone heard of or know were I can buy an OBDII
scan tool that covers the CTD engines I found a couple but they will only read generic codes not the factory specific codes.
P1 "factory"
P0 "generic"
any help would be great.

I was told that NO ONE can get the tools to scan a vehicle for 2 years after production. The manufactures have these rights. Heard this from Cummins. ???

COOL! Now you can bring it to the meets and maybe read the codes on everyone's truck. ;D
What I'm interested in is if it can get to the Cummins ECM codes. I kinda doubt it will let you clear those, even if you can get to them.
