Got my Raptor 150 Installed tonight! Pretty stout pump. Waiting on some fittings to install the rest of the 1/2" Lines from the pump forward to the inj pump.

What are you guys setting your pressures to?

For now I set mine to 22-23psi at idle and 15ish-psi at WOT.

dang that's why i like my walbro 392 pump i have it set at 20psi and it stays at 20psi even at wide open i might see it hit 19psi ever once in a while. i need to get my mitusa pump hooked back up and run it. nothing like a mechanical fuel pump with a electric back up pump.

That is where my Raptor is set to. I figure as long as it is always bypassing some fuel (14psi is where the VP44 bypasses) then it is getting enough to stay cool and happy. It worked until 125k on the 1st VP44, hopefully it will work for another 125k on the 2nd one!

So talked to Todd today, he's going to get a cab and doors and fix the truck. So i guess i gotta put it back together. Leonard we'll need that trans back soon.

I'm beginning to think mine is getting old at 1.5 years. I spoke to Pureflow and they said clean out the intake screen. I spent time yesterday cleaning it out (it had a lot of grit in it). Put it back together and 19lbs at idle but she still drops to 12lbs at WOT. Guess I'll just keep watching until it drops more then call Pureflow back.
