The Citgo on the corner of Sunshine & Harford rd. sells Off road diesel, what ever is cheaper. My heater burns it all, but just like my truck it doesn't like the Bio.
As far as Kelly truck parts i can't find anything, i Googled and yellow paged and nothing.

Quick question for you all: I had my computer RPM set to 601 due to the 35" tires I put on. I think my speedometer is off. At roughly 1500rpm's my speedo is reading 70mph, around 1800rpms, its reading 80mph....is this correct?

I'd give you mine, I am right down the road, but I am sure your truck will kill it. It is only a 7700 pounder....

Well as of right now i haven't started on my dash but soon.
Today i went to American Bio Diesel to get a couple of gallons and Greg said he is no longer selling it, the Feds wanted him to tack on .45c per gallon and he said no way. I thought he was on the up and up but apparently not. He should have always been charging the Road tax. I'm sure now he wil get the IRS audit and get you know whatted.

you can have the dealer change the pinion factor in the ecm or a smarty can change it.

wierd thing is when i put my 35's on i was actually driving faster than my speedometer was reading no the opposite. it could be the sensor has gone up. have some one drive next to you and check the speed or a gps. if your coming down scotts this saturday he has a gps unit thats how i was able to tell how far off mine was.

Hey Sunir we can knock out your mods this weekend if you like. Friday or Saturday are good for me. Remember Coors light and or either gas for the gen or diesel for the heater.
Thanks Scott...unfortunately doesn't look like I'll have the truck back...it's at the body shop right now awaiting a new front windshield which was damaged from a large rock...I could have had it done through a glass delivery service but my insurance folks are using a vendor for the original factory glass which is on backorder and I wanted to have a body shop I've dealt with before make sure it's done right...

I will be taking ya up on the mods offer soon...rest assured barley pops around on me bro!

After this last trip to the dealer, pretty sure I won't be going back to ANY dealership again. so angry right now...........

Leonard, can we take care of the computer with a programmer instead of the p.o.s. dealer?

yeah a smarty will change it but when you unload the smarty it will take the changes with it. there are a couple other programmers that are the same but are the same way with removing the change when removed from the system.

I also have gps on my laptop, I will bring it with me to the cave, might be a little easier than scotts, not sure though.

Hey fellers what's going on? Scott told to drop by the never ending thread. I just joined the chapter - looking forward to meeting you and seeing your trucks.

If possible I might hit you guys up for some advise on putting in my #10 plate, tuning, etc... Although I need to get my EGT gauge problem fixed first. I will probably install my new thermocouple this weekend. Hopefully that fixes my sporadic/intermittent readings.

Anyway, have a good turkey day.
