New guy from Ms with horrible boost lag..
What's up guys, just a newbie here from Maben, MS. I recently bought an 05 dodge 2500 4x4 auto. The previous owner invested in quite a few goodies so I suppose I lucked up. They include:
ii silver bullet 66 turbo
S&b cold air
S&b intake horn
Airdog
Smarty pod
Upgraded torque converter (not sure the details)
Mac hytec deep sump trans pan
silverline exhaust
Iss pro gauges.
The boost lag kinda sucks but when it spools you better hang on! I joined this site looking for some ways I could spool the turbo quicker. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Welcome to the DTR.
It's something you learn to live with after a while...I have a 64/71/16ss, and it's kinda laggy... you learn to drive around it. A lot of things can fix it, cam, different turbo, more fuel... how much money do you want to spend? It's an 05, so no EFI... you could get the Smarty UDC and try to tune it a little more.
