What's up guys/gals??? I just purchased a 07 5.9L crew cab silver 4x4!

Any help and tips would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

Just dont really know ANYTHING about a diesel!!! What programmer, ehaust or if I should just modify stock ehaust somehow??? DUNNO!!!
