Hello everyone! We are new to the Diesel Truck Resource. Found the website while traveling to a trail ride, and of course having trouble! There is a lot of great information here and looks like a lot of great people! I have a 98 dually I bought new and my husband has an 02 2500 we bought a few years ago. We love our trucks and would not consider anything else to pull our second home and 'children' around with! We are considering a 2012. Man they are nice. Just not sure if it's going to be a hassle with all the emmissions stuff. I've seen some talk about the 'deletes'. Is it something we can do? Or do you have the dealer do it if the state allows?

Welcome to the board. I agree that the new trucks are nice and probably real quiet! I dont know much about the deletes, but removing any emissions related equiptment is illegal. A lot of people have done it, but make sure you do some research to see if it is something you want to mess with.
