Thanks I've tried looking at the FAQs for similar problems haven't had any luck. I am new to this forum thing I do know that posting with out looking first is frowned upon.

What is the problem? Have you tried the search function? I recommend the advanced search with the google tool bar at the top of the page...

Depends on the problem. Something very common, like VP or lift pump, ya. But if you have a very specific question about a lift pump or vp shoot.

Worst case scenario... the Hat will spank ya!!!

Ohhhh, and it's always better to not jump into the middle of a thread with a new question.

Don't sweat it... start a new thread, we'll take care of it.

I'm not sure about the spanking new members... ? Just people trying to tarnish my image.
