Fuel mileage

I'm a newbie, so be kind. I would like to know what people recommend to increase the mileage when pulling a fiver. I get about 11.5 MPG with no modifications. I'm looking at either the Bullydog or Smarty Jr before vacation this year. Any thoughts?

11.5mpg is pretty poor. My truck brand new got 14-15, but then w/25k it was like a switch was tripped & the truck got 16-18 city.

Sorry I forgot to do this. Hope this information helps out. I'm looking for an increase in my mileage when I pull the 5th wheel and I'm wondering which is better, the Bullydog or the Smarty Jr. I want one that I can move to another vehicle when the time comes. It will be another Dodge with the Cummins for sure.
