City by the Bay
I've been lurking around here for a month or so now.
I guess it's about time I posted something.
Recently I inherited my dads 91.
The things a beast driving around the streets of San Francisco.
My friend called it a "hippy crusher" I liked that.
The truck itself is bone stock except for some wheels, shell, and paint.
My dad just retired and has spent his entire professional career as a diesel mechanic so even though it has 327,000 miles it in great shape.
Of course the starter died on my a few days ago, and it's stuck in my driveway right now, but I should have the rectified tomorrow.

Probably not more than 12,000 mile a year at most.
Yeah total battle wagon, it's all black too.
I plan on experimenting with some bio-diesel at some point.
Either that or some WMO just to **** off the hippies

Welcome to the DTR. Before you replace your starter have you checked the contacts inside the starter? These wear out usually before the starter.http://http://www.genosgarage.com/pr...umber=LB-R90SS
