3rd turbo 58k

anyone else with this problem? if so what has your dealer done so you dont need a 4th? they told me this turbo is the same as the other 2!!!

What are the symptoms? 3 turbos in 58k is crazy, they need to find the actual problem instead of just putting turbos on it.
