Won't stay in overdrive

I have a '93 D350 CTD 2wd dually that will not stay in overdrive. I get up to 100 klm/hr and she goes into overdrive for a few seconds and then kicks out. Any ideas out there. I've been told it could be the TPS or the speed sensor on the tranny.

Frustated in Calgary.

Yep, sounds like the TPS.
