Won't start

I was driving down the road and the truck just died. When I tried to restart the truck the lift pump ran with 18psi. But no start. where can I look or what can I do to get it going again ?

Here we go. Put 4 gal. of fuel in the truck and bled the system. started up and runs good. thanks for the help.
