I am at my whits end after all general maint. my 2k 5.9 24valve with 110k miles still stumbles at idle but runs like a mad dog going down the road !! with a new pump about a year ago (dealer )i still do not know why? I have a big trip soon (2k round trip) need to resolve please help!!!!!!

 

ULSD? Does biodiesel or 2 cycle oil make a difference?

One quart of 2 cycle oil in the tank should tell you if that is gonna fix in in maybe 10-15 miles or less. It helps that quickly.

 

I take it that the two cycle oil is for lube of the injectors? I have tried lucas whats the general opinon on that oh by the way lucas did not help!
