Wide open Throttle 91.5 12v (stuck in town)

Wide open Throttle 91.5 12v (stuck in town)
I am stuck in town, as I fired up the Dodge and it is running Wide open.
Throttle action seems OK at the pump, (shutting down)
Any ideas
Is there anyway to use the E-Stop lever to meter it to 1000 RPM so I can get it on a trailer?
