What are the odds?
i had a injector pump put on my 2001 dodge diesel two weeks ago and it went out the mechanic said that is was bad so i purchased another one through a dealer and had it put on and yesterday igot the same code as the last time then it started doing the same thing,i've also replaced the lift pump,any idea's? The code is PO216

If the replacement was painted black, I understand they're Re-Man'ed in Checkoslovakia or somewhere like that. 
And not exactly known to be long-lasting, or QA tested to high standards.
