what am i missing

I just finished putting on my bd twins and injectors. Went for a test ride to fuel it up (about a mile one way.) Got back home, popped the hood and everything looked fine, except the radiator was cold (like it never ran.) It was up to normal operating temperature, but the radiator is cold. Is this normal or did I forget to do something.

thanks

I wouldn't think a mile would be enough to warm up the motor. So maybe the thermostat hasn't opened yet. The water temp sender is in the block not the radiator...

Idling won't warm it up. You have to make it work to warm it up. Actually' idling after the mile drive probably cooled it off from the little bit of heat you made.

It was like a new truck. Throttle response was amazing. I can tell this truck will be fast when james builds my transmission. I had to baby it because all i had was my downpipe. Didn't have the complete exhaust hooked up. Put a big smile on my face when the twins started whistling and the boost started building. Don's injectors are awesome.
