it wants to drive through the brakes

I could really use some quick help. We just pulled in to the Hockey game and as I put the break on the truck started to shake and it wanted to drive through the brakes. When I put it in nuetral or park it revs to 2k and the idles normal. I didn't notice any smoke, but I wonder if it could be a stuck injector?

So I made it home, by putting it in Neutral when I had to stop. It ran fine once I was moving. The feeling reminds me of trying to power brake it. Any help would be great.

#5 on converter - I had the same situation when the converter died on me. Odds are it's going to be a trans rebuild for you since the converters usually send particles through the fluid.

I let the dealer have it all last week and the best they could come up was they thought it was the converter too. They wanted $1550.00 for another converter and to flush the tranny. I politely informed their shop time was a little too rich for my blood and I would be taking it to an independent shop for the repairs. The tech asked me who and I told him of a well respected local shop and he agreed they were the best and he was taking his truk there when he could save up the money.

So on to today, I expect to hear from the guy today as to what can be done. On the phone last week he told me he could get a Tq converter rated for 500 hp for about $800.00 so we will see. I will update eveyone hopefully later this afternoon. Thanks for the responses. I am a little ****** about it only havng 53000 miles and suffering a failure like this. I do not dog it have not towed anything heavy with it... Really dissapointed in Dodge...

Are you sure? It was explained to me as 100,000 mile engine only.

For the 06s, the 100K warranty is engine only, not drive train.
