Vacuumn pump push rod

The vacuumn pump on the bottom of the accessory drive is gone, I need to know if the pushrod has stayed in the accessory drive or fell out and where I can buy one. 1991 w250 diesel/non intercooled

Probably fell out. Lots of trucks are running around on one diaphragm.

I don't know were you could buy one, but if you know a machinist it would probably only cost you a case of beer...
