turn signal death

The turn signals have died on my 92 W350, worked fine one day , did not the next morning. I thought , maybe a fuse so I look at fuse panel , Which fuse goes to turn signals? I found everything but turn signal fuse. Could it be a problem with the flasher . There are two on the fuse panel which one works the turn signals. By the way the turn signals work on Hazard lights, just will not work on turn . I guess it could be the switch in the column, too huh. thanks.

Probably just the flasher unit. Silver looking can about the size of a half a roll of quarters ( probably less). Plus in the back side of the fuse panel I think. Pretty sure they used separate flashers for hazards / turns in that era.

It turned out it was the 10 amp fuse, I figured this out after putting in a new flasher. The fuse block said t/s RWAl , I guess the t s is turn signal. I got it working. Any tips on how to wire up the cigarette lighter the lighter is there but the wire has been disconnected, un plugged, I can not find a loose wire that would fit. Coul I tap into the fuse block and run it over to the lighter. I realize there may be a reason for it being disconnected. Thanks
