Truck wont turn over. Odd symptoms!!

Went out this morining to warm the truck up.....and it wont even turn over!

symptoms:

-starter doesnt turn, no solonoid click.....nothing.
-dash lights dont come on
-LP doesnt cycle
-wipers dont work with key on
-radio doesnt work or power up with key on

BUT

-headlights, power seats, power windows.....all work.

There is 12+V at the battery. No fuses under the dash are popped.

I dont even know where to start!!!!

Also fusible links at batteries ?
Also take battery clamps off batteries to see if corroded .
Load test both batteries .

Yea i did go through them. I guess i was still half asleep when i did, since i skipped over the 50amp Ignition/ACC fuse that was blown.

I saw your post and thought it might be a good idea to start from the begining again.....and now it runs!!!

Thanks!!

I should probably pick up a few spare fuses. Where is the best (cheapest) place to get those fancy new fuse types.

No "you pulls" around here. I havent priced those fuses yet but they dont look like you can buy a box of five for a quarter anymore.
